Introduction

The Digital VLSI & SoC Design Lab. is involved in developing core technologies for designing high-performance and low-power digital VLSI and System on a Chip (SoC) for communications. Our research interests include design of VLSI circuits and systems for communications, System-on-a-Chip (SoC) design, High-speed/low-power VLSI design, and forward error correction architectures.

  • Forward Error Correction (FEC) and DSP Architectures for 60GHz mmWave WPAN communications
  • FEC and DSP Architectures Design for 100Gbps Optical Communications
  • High-speed Low-complexity FFT/IFFT processor design for WPAN, DVB-T2, Optical-OFDM communications
  • Reconfigurable Architecture and Evolvable Hardware (EHW) design

  • 디지털 통신용 VLSI & SoC 설계 연구실에서는 석,박사 과정 연구원, 박사 후 과정 및 4학년 인턴 학생을 아래와 같이 수시로 모집합니다. (We are looking for MS, PhD graduate student, post doctor and 4-year undergraduate students to join our group. Experience in VLSI circuits and systems design will be a plus. Financial aid will be determined on a competitive basis. Please send you resume to hhlee@inha.ac.kr if interested in joining.)
  • 연구실 연구분야: 차세대 유무선 통신용 집적회로 및 시스템온칩 (시스템반도체) 설계
  • 지원 내용:
- RA/TA 장학금 지원, 연구 프로젝트 참여
- 우수 학생의 경우, 재학기간 학비 전액 지원 및 생활비 보조
- 인하대 3.0 이상자는 예비 대학원생 장학금 추가 수혜 가능 (석사 재학 기간 중 등록금 1/2 감면)
